AUGUST 2024 · HYPERX ARENA

Consultant to COO in six months.

Winners at the first GGL scrimmage, HyperX Arena, Las Vegas, August 10, 2024.

The fastest way to learn a business is to be handed the whole thing.

Michael Fuller came into GGL as a consultant — brought in to open doors in Las Vegas. Within six months he was the Chief Operating Officer. That's not a title bump; that's what happens when the work outruns the job description.

The build was ground-up. Departments that didn't exist — physical and digital. Agencies contracted. League infrastructure hired and stood up. And the part that made it real to the outside world: broadcast-quality live productions, run like television. The first scrimmage, on August 10, 2024 at HyperX Arena, pulled in Nick Cannon and T-Pain — proof the thing could draw a room, not just fill a bracket.

Over the arc, ITM helped take GGL to market and supported a multi-million-dollar capital raise as COO — building the systems, staffing, venue relationships, and contract oversight that a serious operation runs on.

None of it was theory. It was the operator thesis, proven in public: get inside the business, build what's missing, and make it run.
