Twenty months ago, N1CE was a concept. ITM joined a world-class team already in motion and took the fractional COO seat — helping build the structure, the operations, and the route to market alongside the founders, the investors, and a crew doing the unglamorous work every day. In June 2026 the brand launched, with UFC star Justin Gaethje wearing N1CE on a historic card. Twenty months of build, by a lot of hands. We're proud of the part we played.

Morton Hospitality

A hospitality group with beloved venues and a brand ready to be restated. After a deep dive, ITM is rolling out a new identity one venue at a time, starting at the top: Morton Group is now Morton Hospitality — new website, a rebooted online presence, and an annual programming strategy behind it. That's the part we can talk about. The next chapter is still under wraps.

A national event calendar moving faster than the paperwork behind it. ITM led the back office — talent agreements, vendor and venue contracts, payment coordination, budgets — supporting the producers on events across the United States, month after month. The show gets the spotlight. We make sure everything behind it is signed, paid, and ready.

STUNT SHOW — LAS VEGAS

Record Breakers

A live stunt show carrying a giant vision. ITM co-executive-produced the show at OMNIA Dayclub and supported the build of the business behind it — the revenue model, the structure, the plan. The record belonged to Colby Raha. The show belonged to Record Breakers and Eric Sorensen. Our part was the Las Vegas relationships, the approvals, and making sure the machine didn't skip. The moment was the product. The business is what makes it repeatable.

Global Gaming League

We were brought in to make introductions to Las Vegas properties. Six months later, ITM deployed as COO — building departments physical and digital, contracting agencies, hiring the team, and producing broadcast-quality live productions as the league launched its first era. Enter on a single thread. End up running the operation.
